Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist,
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level 2

Life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and even painful at times. Whether you're facing relationship struggles, navigating a major life transition, or working through past wounds, you don’t have to do it alone. I aim to provide an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you will feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

With a collaborative and client-centered approach, I help individuals and couples develop greater self-trust, improve communication, and foster meaningful connections. I specialize in areas such as infidelity recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and parent-coaching. My goal is to support you in creating lasting change that aligns with your values and helps you feel more grounded and confident in your life.

I support individuals, couples, teens, and families as they learn to manage intense emotions, develop meaningful and purposeful connections, create mutual understanding, and improve communication or resolve existing conflicts.

Each person’s life is unique, and my approach is always tailored to fit your specific needs and goals. I believe that through a strong therapeutic relationship, real and lasting growth is possible. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time or looking to create positive change, I’m here to guide you toward the life you desire.

Therapy is a journey, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as we explore your unique lived experiences and future goals. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to help. You are the author of your life; it is my goal to facilitate conversations that can lead to positive change. I look forward to talking with you.
