Teletherapy

Teletherapy – or online therapy – provides a convenient, easy way to access counseling that fits into your busy schedule. We offer affordable and professional therapy accessible from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Our sessions are conducted over a confidential and secure HIPAA-compliant platform. Miss fewer appointments and keep moving forward in your treatment.

Teletherapy might be right for you if:

  1. You have a busy schedule due to work or family obligations

  2. You have limited access to reliable transportation or live in a rural area

  3. You are homebound due to medical, mental health, or are caring for a loved one

  4. You are a parent without access to consistent child-care

Whatever your situation is, online therapy can be a great way for you to work with our professionally trained licensed therapist. Research shows that online mental health interventions can be as effective as an in-person mental health treatment. We have seen clients get incredible results from online psychotherapy. At the end of the day, that’s what we all want: for you to feel better and construct the best version of yourself.

Other teletherapy benefits

Aside from the convenience of attending your sessions from home, teletherapy has other benefits as well. You and your therapist have the ability to share your screens and view relevant resources together. Online therapy also helps clinicians learn more about your life and patterns of behavior as they see you interact with your surroundings. The comfort of being in your own space may also allow you to go deeper in session.
